Salted Caramel Cookies ♡ Bake with me

Salted Caramel Cookies 🤎✨ These soft & chewy salted caramel cookies are packed with white chocolate chips, topped with creamy vanilla frosting and finished with caramel sauce 🤍✨ Perfect for easy homemade baking recipes! Ingredients (Grams) 75g caster sugar 100g light brown sugar 125g unsalted butter 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 300g plain flour 2 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 100g white chocolate chips Vanilla frosting Caramel sauce Ingredients (Cups) ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp caster sugar ½ cup light brown sugar ½ cup + 1 tbsp unsalted butter 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2½ cups plain flour 2 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda ½ cup white chocolate chips Vanilla frosting Caramel sauce Method 1. In a bowl add caster sugar, light brown sugar & unsalted butter. 2. Cream together with a spatula. 3. Add an egg and vanilla & whisk together. 4. Add your flour, baking powder & bicarbonate of soda. Mix with a spatula. 5. Add white chocolate chips and combine with hands. 6. Form into 6 balls (mine weighed 70g each). 7. Put in the freezer for 30 mins. 8. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. 9. Add vanilla frosting on top and drizzle with caramel sauce. ✨ Check out some more of my vids if you liked this recipe! :)
