Biscoff Cream Dessert

Ingredients: • Lotus Biscoff spread (cream): 7 tbsp • Lotus Biscoff cookies: 8 pcs • Heavy whipping cream: 9 oz / 260 ml • Mascarpone cheese: 9 oz / 250 g • Powdered sugar: to taste (optional) Instructions: 1. Blend or crush 8 Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs. 2. Sprinkle the bottom of your serving dishes with a layer of the blended cookies. 3. In a large bowl, combine 9 oz of heavy whipping cream and 9 oz of mascarpone cheese. 4. Add 7 tbsp of Biscoff spread to the bowl. 5. Whip the mixture until thick, smooth, and creamy. Sweeten with powdered sugar to taste if desired. 6. Fill the serving dishes with the prepared Biscoff cream. 7. Sprinkle the top with remaining crushed cookies and drizzle with a bit of warmed, liquid Biscoff spread.
