Total flour: 6 cups (800 g). 1 tablespoon salt. Mix everything together. Add the remaining water. Total water: 2 cups (500 ml). 3 tablespoons (50 ml) vegetable oil. Mix lightly. Add the yeast mixture. Knead the dough with a spatula. The dough will be sticky. Add 1 tablespoon (20 ml) of vegetable oil. Knead the dough with your hands. Shape the dough into a ball. Cover the dough with cling film. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour. After 1 hour, the dough has risen well. Dust the counter with flour. Place the dough on the counter. Knead the dough with your hands. Take a small piece of dough. Form this dough into a ball. Divide the dough into 3 pieces. Each piece is smaller than the previous one. Form each piece of dough into a ball. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel. Leave the dough on the counter for 5 minutes. Dust the counter with flour. Roll the dough into a ball with a rolling pin. The diameter of the dough should be 38 cm. Dust the dough with flour. Fold the dough. Set the dough aside. Roll out the second ball of dough with a rolling pin. The dough diameter is 32 cm. Roll out the third piece of dough with a rolling pin. The dough diameter is 25-27 cm. Place the parchment paper on the table. Place most of the dough on the parchment.
