I went to ESqUISSE, a famous restaurant in Ginza that has been awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide Tokyo since 2013. The interior of the store has a calm atmosphere and background music that will give you a relaxing moment. It creates an atmosphere perfect for an adult date. Executive Chef Lionel Beca's dishes are simple, delicate, poetic and artistic, with accents of citrus, spices and herbs. The menu's truly poetic title is exciting. The chef, who grew up in the south of France, has his roots in the scents brought by the Mistral wind that blows in the Mediterranean Sea.
