Fluffy, tender, and filled with juicy blueberries—the perfect summer comfort food! 🥣 Ingredients For the Dough: • 150 g Greek yogurt • 100 g sour cream (15–20%) • 50 ml water or milk • 1 egg • 1 tsp baking soda (level) • ½ tsp salt • 1 tbsp sugar • 450–500 g all-purpose flour For the Filling: • 350–400 g fresh blueberries • 4–5 tbsp sugar • 1–2 tbsp cornstarch For Serving: • 40–50 g butter • Sour cream • Sugar or powdered sugar (optional) 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, sour cream, water (or milk), egg, salt, and sugar. 2️⃣ Sift the flour together with the baking soda. 3️⃣ Gradually add the flour to the wet ingredients and knead into a soft, elastic dough. 4️⃣ Cover the dough and let it rest for 20–30 minutes. 5️⃣ Mix the blueberries with the sugar and cornstarch. 6️⃣ Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thick and cut out circles. 7️⃣ Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each circle and seal the edges tightly. 8️⃣ Boiling: Cook in salted boiling water.
