Como fazer terraplanagem em terreno aclive sem erro

Sloping terrain doesn't have to be a problem — when you know where to cut, where to fill, and how to create useful plateaus. In this video, I show in practice how we transformed a 1,000 m² plot of land in Residencial Portinari, in Mairinque, using cutting, filling, grassed slopes, and planning to better take advantage of the view. Many people look at a sloping plot of land and think they'll spend a fortune on retaining walls or that they won't be able to build well. But with well-thought-out earthmoving, it's possible to create flat levels, improve access, preserve the view of the forest, and even save money by using the land's own soil. In this example, I show how we removed soil from one part of the land and used this material to form the plateaus, avoiding bringing in soil from outside. I also explain the importance of the grassed slope for containment, the setback from the neighbor's wall, and proper drainage to prevent erosion. Sloping terrain isn't the problem. The problem is doing it without planning.
