This recipe has been passed down for generations, now we will make this deliciousness) Ingredients dough 500 ml sour cream 1 tsp salt 1 tsp soda 700-750 g flour filling mashed potatoes topping 150 ml water 4 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp salt 5 cloves garlic finely chopped green garlic oil for frying Step 1: Kneading the dough [00:12] In a bowl, combine the warm sour cream with salt. Separately, mix the sifted flour with soda. Gradually add the flour to the sour cream and knead the dough for 7 minutes. It should be very soft and not caked with flour. Form a ball, cover with a towel and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Step 2: Preparing the filling [00:58] Boil the potatoes until tender, mash them and let them cool completely. It is important that the filling is not hot when forming the patties. Step 3: Forming the "birds" [01:14] Divide the dough into parts. Roll out a layer of medium thickness and use a glass to cut out small circles. Place the filling in the middle of each circle and pinch the edges. To give the shape of a starling, form a beak on one side and a tail on the other [02:18]. Step 4: Frying [02:38] Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the starlings on both sides until they are golden brown. Place the finished patties in a deep bowl. Step 5: Garlic dressing and serving [02:57] Mix water, salt, oil, regular and young green garlic. Pour this mixture generously over each batch of hot sprats immediately after frying [03:23].
