With the tool, the sponge on a stick, you spread the colors. The effect is very beautiful. You paint the foliage with it, in the dark green nuances and the bright turquoise contrasts. You mix the colors on the canvas using the wet-on-wet technique. Painting always has something meditative about it. It relaxes you immediately and you can let go of everyday life and worldly events.
