This method of making kebab is simple and fast and is very attractive for all people who are fond of traditional food. First, cut the meat and fat into sheets and pound some of the meat and mix it with salt, pepper and spices of your choice, then put the sheets on top of each other and and after cutting the meat, put it on hot coals. When the kebab starts to brown, turn it over to cook on the other side. Continue this process until the kebab is fully cooked. After the kebab is fully cooked, serve it with fresh vegetables and fresh bread. Finally, enjoy your traditional village barbecue.
