지금은 직접 운영하지 않는 양심회관, 어떤 스토리가 있었을까?
This video is a story that came to mind as I happened to pass by Yangsim Hall, a place I once personally planned and operated, on my way back from lunch. I would like to share an honest account of the pork specialty restaurant I once ran, and the reasons why I no longer operate it. It seems that in business, you learn more when things are going slightly poorly, and during moments of crucial decision-making, than when things are going well. I have included stories about my experience of taking changing business types too lightly, the lessons learned from a location I believed to be a prime commercial area, and the responsibilities and trust that must be carefully considered when running a partnership. If you find the right person, partnering is a way to grow faster than running a business alone. However, if your directions diverge or trust begins to crumble, you may face greater difficulties than when running a business by yourself. I, too, am still in the learning process. In the process of growing from a merchant into an entrepreneur, I continue to realize how important it is to decide what to let go of rather than what to add, and how crucial selection and focus are. Although I am not currently operating Yangsim Hall myself, the experience and lessons I learned during that time remain valuable assets to my business. And there is one thing I can still say with confidence: My standards for good meat have not changed. I hope today's video provides some practical help to those preparing to start a business, those considering partnerships, or those thinking about changing their industry. I will continue to honestly share stories from my direct experiences in the field and the trials and errors I have encountered. I will always stay true to the basics.
