ADAMS 02 "CALBOURNE" - In preservation & as modelled by EFE. REVIEW of the sound-fitted model.

On Easter Monday 2025, I revisited the Isle of Wight Steam Railway, with the specific intention of filming the only Adams 02 in preservation, No. 24 "Calbourne". I compare it with the EFE/ Kernow Model Railway Centre model, which I had fitted with DCC sound and a stay-alive, by Richard at #roadsandrails, and film a running session with both the installed sound, and the recordings I made myself during my visit. During my visit I met Jack, the #WightWanderer, who was there to film "Calbourne" for the one hundredth anniversary of its transfer to the Island.
