INGREDIENTS: For the hazelnut praline 🌰 200 g shelled hazelnuts 200 g granulated sugar 50 ml water ➡ Total yield: approximately 370-400 g. You'll use about 150 g for the mousseline cream, while you'll set aside 80 g whole for decorating and the rest for the final garnish.
