Chicken Cobbler
Chicken Cobbler 3 to 4cups of chopped cooked chicken ½ cup butter 1-pound mixed vegetables 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 2 cups of milk 2 cups Bisquick 2 cups low sodium chicken stock 1 can cream of chicken soup. Melt the butter in a 9 X 13-inch pan. Set the oven to 400 degrees. Add the cut chicken to the pan. Add the vegetables over the chicken. Mix the Bisquick with the milk and pour it gently over the vegetables and chicken in the pan. Mix together the chicken stock with the chicken soup, add the garlic and onion powder, and pour this very carefully over the previous layers. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 55 minutes or until golden brown.
