Celebrity Edge at Dawes Glacier - Our Closest Approach Yet 22nd June 2026

Week 6 of our journey through Endicott Arm to Dawes Glacier onboard Celebrity Edge gave us something truly special. Today was beyond perfect. With minimal ice in the water and beautiful conditions around us, we were able to get closer to Dawes Glacier than we ever have before this season. Days like this are rare in this part of Alaska, and the view of the glacier was absolutely breathtaking. A huge credit to Captain Theo, who did an exceptional job navigating the approach and giving everyone onboard an unforgettable Glacier Day experience. Every week this journey looks different, but this one felt extra special — calm water, incredible scenery, a rare close view and one of the most memorable days of the season so far.
