今天在石城漁港買了拉倫(雙帶鰺),長得很像日本青甘,有些魚販也這麼叫,很容易就混淆了。這部片在夏天拍的,水溫較高,可以看到熟成之後的魚腹部氧化較多,肉顏色很深。這魚吃起來口感跟青甘口感差很多,就像長尾鳥跟紅肉蒜很像,但吃起來差很多。熟成五天做生魚片,一部分做糖醋魚片。 吉他:張永承先生 #拉倫#生魚片#定置網#ツムブリ #熟成魚#自家製#Agedfish
