I made a 1930’s dress with NO INSTRUCTIONS || Using a 1930’s vintage sewing pattern

Using a vintage sewing pattern is hard enough when everything is present, but sewing a vintage pattern that has NO INSTRUCTIONS is a whole other mess entirely. Can you make a vintage pattern without instructions? Come with me and I will show you. In this video, I made a 1930's dress pattern from McCall without instructions. This dress has puff sleeves, a gathered skirt and a high neckline with tie at top. I tried my best to use period 1930's sewing techniques I have learned over the years, but sometimes I just had to wing it. Pattern used: McCall 9200 (dated 1937), size 16 (bust 34") Follow my friend on Instagram:   / miss.rm.tenorio   --- Other videos you may enjoy: Plus size woman makes one size pattern:    • Plus Size Woman Makes One Size Fits All Pa...   I made a Christmas dress from vintage scraps:    • I made a Christmas dress from scraps (usin...   I made a plus size 1940's dress:    • I made a plus size 1940's dress, Miss Scar...   --- Products I use to trace or repair patterns: Document Repair Tape - https://bit.ly/DocumentRepairTape Pellon 815 - https://bit.ly/PellonRedDot815 Frixion Pens - https://bit.ly/7packFrixionPens --- Wardrobe: Trashy Diva Makeup: Mac & Nyx My info: My website: www.backroomfinds.com IG -   / backroomfinds   Twitter -   / backroomfinds   Facebook -   / backroomfinds   Music provided by Epidemic Sound -- Gear: Nikon d7000: https://amzn.to/39UA6t3 Blue Yeti mic: https://amzn.to/3n3LRkF Dragon Pop Filter: https://amzn.to/33WzxLG -- I am an affiliate to the links provided above and do receive a small commission on some items that helps to support me and my channel.
