The ingredients are easy to find and it doesn't take long to cook. In this video, I also give tips on velveting, which is how to make the meat more tender when cooked. Fried Steak with Butter Sauce Recipe Meat Marinade Ingredients: 200 grams beef 2 cloves garlic, grated 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon cooking oil Sufficient water Salt, pepper, mushroom stock/seasoning to taste Sauce Ingredients: 3 tablespoons margarine 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon tomato sauce ½ onion, sliced 2 cloves garlic, crushed Oil for frying Steps: Meat: 1. Slice the beef 2. Add salt, pepper, garlic, oil, cornstarch, and a little water. Mix well and let sit for a while. 3. Before frying, coat the beef with cornstarch for extra crispiness. Then, fry the beef in very hot oil, just briefly, as long as it's cooked through. Sauce: 1. Add margarine. 2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant. 3. Add tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. 4. Add salt, pepper, and mushroom stock/seasoning to taste. 5. Cook until boiling. 6. Pour the sauce over the previously fried meat. 7. Add the tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. 4. Add salt, pepper, and mushroom stock powder / flavor enhancers, to taste. 5. Bring to a boil. 6. Pour the sauce on top of the fried beef. 7.
