Lądowanie na fińskiej drodze? Bieliki i F-16 na Ramstein Flag’26

Over 200 aircraft, 1,300 soldiers, and scenarios implementing NATO Article 5*. We were in Finland for Ramstein Flag '26 – one of the Alliance's largest air exercises. A historic moment, as the Polish air component was deployed to this new NATO member for the first time. It consisted of two types of aircraft: an F-16 from the 31st Tactical Air Base in Poznań-Krzesiny and an M-346 Bielik from the 41st Training Air Base in Dęblin. Alongside Polish F-16s and M-346 Bieliks, EF-18 Hornets from Spain are taking off from Tikkakoski. Already in the air, they are joined by aircraft from other countries – such as F/A-18s fielded by the host country and American F-35s. Together, they form a formation called COMAO and carry out further tasks. Along with our pilots, a whole host of ground support specialists and tons of equipment have flown north.
