O SEGREDO dos ROJÕES do BAIXO VOUGA: A RECEITA CENTENÁRIA

I went to eat rojões (a traditional Portuguese dish) at Restaurante Fortaleza, in São João de Loure, a village in the municipality of Albergaria-a-Velha. Dona Graça has been there for 29 years. She makes rojões the way she always has, the way she learned from her mother and grandmother. With quality meat, seasoned only with salt and cooked over a good fire. She told me where the meat comes from, how it's prepared, and what really matters to make the rojões taste like they used to. This isn't just a typical dish from the Baixo Vouga sub-region. It's a memory for many people; it's about making it the same way every day because that's how it was learned. If you like real food, made by someone who knows what they're doing, this video is for you. If you think these stories shouldn't disappear, share it. 📹@ricardosoarez
