Dinner at Kato. I've been wanting to come here ever since I saw the Mise En Place episode on these guys when they were first in a strip mall. At the time, they had a small team and kitchen, but they have massive talent and passion. The restaurant has since then moved to Row DTLA into a much bigger space and have a bigger team. The restaurant is gorgeous and with even more delicious food. Thank you to everyone at Kato for an amazing evening.
