In this video, I openly and honestly share the reasons that led me to stop forcing astral projection techniques and coordinated out-of-body experiences. Far from wanting to cause panic or discourage your experiences, my goal is to propose a mature reflection on what really happens behind the scenes in the spiritual plane when we act with anxiety or pretension. I recount how a striking experience of psychophony (incorporation) in a Spiritist Center served as a warning for me to review my spiritual routine, realizing that the fascination with forced phenomena can often expose us to the risk of mystification by malevolent entities posing as spirits of light. Analyzing the difference between the technical practices of Conscientiology (such as OLVE) and the Spiritist view—which treats astral projection as a natural process of sleep, deeply detailed in The Spirits' Book (questions 400 to 455)—I explain how I changed my approach. Today, instead of forcing the exit, I prefer to tune in to a sincere prayer every night, asking my mentor to guide my spirit towards learning and work while my physical body rests. The result has been much safer, more balanced experiences and reminiscences, focused on our true edification.
