„Mieszkanie za remont” - Tomasz Ostrowski

The recruitment of candidates for municipal tenants for the 5th edition of the "Mieszkanie za remont" program in Suwałki will continue until Friday (June 26). The program is aimed at individuals who meet income and housing criteria, among other things, and are willing to renovate their property at their own expense in exchange for the opportunity to sign a lease for an indefinite period. In this year's edition, the Suwałki Residential Building Authority is offering 11 apartments in 8 locations: Noniewicza Street, Wojska Polskiego Street, Wigierska Street, Sejneńska Street, Kościuszki Street, Utrata Street, Hamerszmita Street, and Osiedle II. The units include 6 one-room apartments, 4 two-room apartments, and 1 three-room apartment.
