POV- end of shift rush

The beginning of this shift was nothing but cleaning. Wiping counters, restocking, organizing, resetting the bar… super calm. I guess I was subconsciously preparing myself because right when I thought it might stay slow, the rush hit 😅 This video goes from quiet closing-side work to nonstop drink orders at the end of the shift. It’s that classic “it was calm… until it wasn’t” kind of day. Lots of real cafe sounds, workflow moments, and end-of-shift energy in this one. Thanks for hanging out behind the bar with me ☕️🤍
