POV- mid shift cafe rush

The mid-shift rush always sneaks up out of nowhere 😅 This one’s a classic in-between rush — steady lines, nonstop drink orders, pulling shots, steaming milk, and trying to keep the bar looking decent in the middle of it all. It’s busy but not full chaos, which somehow makes it even more satisfying to work through. Lots of real cafe sounds, quick movements, and that locked-in barista flow.
