Over the past 10 years, I researched and experimented with everything I possibly could. I tried different styles of training, I tried different diets, and I tried different sleeping positions. I tested everything... and I tracked everything.... eventually I figured out "how to lift with scoliosis and muscle imbalance". *UPDATE 5/1/24 : I've been pain-free for 5 years now - I no longer experience chronic pain or muscle tension. My muscle imbalances are negligible and I look and feel completely balanced. I've gained 30 lbs of muscle in the last 5 years. Now, I'm a full-time online personal fitness trainer and help people with scoliosis. My clients have had incredible results. They've all reported lower levels of pain and some have made visible improvements in less than 5 weeks. Proper training can help reduce curvature and alleviate pain!
