Whoa, Thai Food Is Seriously Next Level! 🇹🇭

Today’s ride across Thailand turned into a full-on food adventure. I started the day cycling through quiet villages, rice fields, and small countryside roads in Isan before making my way toward Roi Et, Kalasin, and Udon Thani. Along the way, I stopped for whatever looked good, Korean-style ramen in a small Thai town, local noodles, crispy pork, khao man gai, pad thai, salak fruit, and one of the best braised pork rice dishes I’ve had so far in Thailand. This wasn’t really planned as a food vlog, but Thailand has a way of turning every travel day into one. The more I cycle through the countryside, the more I realize just how good the food is here, even in the smallest towns. Thanks for watching!
