Melmerby Moor | Coverdale | Carlton Moor

A scenic XC ride in the Yorkshire Dales starting from West Burton and heading into Coverdale via Melmerby Moor and along Coverdale before heading back to Carlton. The ride then heads up onto Carlton Moor and a fantastic descent back to West Burton to finish the ride - apologies in advance for the shaky footage filmed during this descent due to it being extremely gnarly!!! It is also approximately 2 miles south of Aysgarth which is on the A684. Parking is available on the roadside next to either of the village greens in West Burton. Post ride, there is the Fox & Hounds public house and West Burton Village Shop and Tea Room (check opening times). There are also cafes, pubs and shops along with other facilities in nearby Leyburn.
