Dualtron 3 review

First look at the new Dualtron 3 high performance electric scooter from Minimotors. I provide my impressions after putting on the first 100 miles. The electric scooter industry is in its infancy. There are lots of choices out there (most are toys) but only a few are truly high performance...meaning speed, range, and a chassis that holds up.
