Angioletti Riserva Italian Cider Review In this review I’m trying Angioletti Riserva, a 6% ABV craft Italian cider made with 100% Italian apple juice. A proper Italian cider sounds like something a bit different, especially compared with the usual UK supermarket cider shelf. Expect ripe apple, a touch of pear-drop sweetness, fine bubbles, a little green apple acidity and a clean, gently drying finish. This feels like it should sit somewhere between a modern cider and something a bit more sparkling and elegant.
