COMEBACK?? Tricky Tribeca: MASSIVE Coolant LEAK & NO HEAT?? ('10 Subaru H6)

Uh Oh...COMEBACK?? The owner of the 2010 Subaru Tribeca tells me that he checked the coolant level a few weeks after we replaced the Radiator, and there was NOTHING in the reservoir!! He said there is a lot of STEAM under the hood, and he has NO HEAT inside the cabin! Let's Diagnose and Repair the MASSIVE Coolant Leak, and see if that restores the heat.
