Midsummer Forage - Wild Camomile Tea & a Summer Solstice Festival

Hi friends!🧚 Join me for a casual evening forage where I show you how to identify wild camomile and pineapple weed, including their common lookalikes, ragwort and oxeye daisy - and how to make a simple camomile tea to help you sleep. I also wanted to sit and chat with you for a while. Last weekend I attended a summer solstice festival at the Wasing Estate near Newbury, and I'm sharing a little of that experience here, the people, the place, the energy. My friend and I camped over the weekend and took part in forest yoga, wild swimming, and a gong bath meditation. We celebrated midsummer with ceremony, lit the bonfire, and welcomed the sun on the longest day, rising at 3:30am on Sunday the 21st of June. It was one of those weekends that leaves you feeling refreshed, grounded, and grateful. Thank you for being part of this little corner of the internet.
