This gives you EXPLOSIVENESS in the first few meters, exactly what you need to break through the defensive line. 🏋️ Next is the SQUAT JUMP with kettlebells. A DEEP squat followed by a maximum jump. This trains the POSTERIOR CHAIN, essential for scrums, tackles, and short bursts of acceleration on the field. ↔️ The third is the BROAD JUMP, horizontal jumps that improve your FORWARD PROJECTION.
