In the next episode of "Cook with Russak," we return to simple, tried-and-true methods of preparing game – this time in the form of aromatic deer sausages. Finely ground meat is seasoned with salt, paprika, and game spices, and then kneaded in a distinctive way – without kneading, gently "punching" the mixture until the desired texture is achieved. The sausages are formed in plastic wrap, scalded, quenched in cold water, and finally coated in spices before being grilled. Watch!
