How To Make NY Cheesecake Sampler Many people have the custom to eat a dairy meal for lunch/dinner on the Jewish Holiday of Shavuot. Our families custom is to eat dairy for breakfast. We usually have a dessert for breakfast much like this New York Style Cheesecake sampler. This recipe is simple but produces the best no crack yummy cheesecake. #newyorkcheesecake #cheesecakesampler #sonyasprep Cheesecake Recipe: Graham cracker crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted Cheesecake Filling: 36oz of cream cheese 1 cups of sugar 6 large eggs, room temperature 1/3 cup sour cream 1 Tbsp vanilla extract Bake the crust for 8 minutes.
