A new, freely programmable transfer automation with automatic rail couplings for fully automated tool change was installed. Finished parts are taken out by a removal feeder. Our aluminum-capable blank loader with double destacking feeder and automatic tooling change system ensures an uninterrupted production process. With blank loaders from DREHER Automation, blanks made of steel, aluminum or other materials can be fed into the forming press fully automated and in a large quantity. The entire system is controlled by Siemens S7.
