Koitsu Tsuchiya 1870 - 1949 A Japanese artist in the Shin-hanga movement. Japanese printmaker of new prints. A landscape printmaker representing the new printmaking movement that emerged during the Taisho era, he studied as a young man under Kobayashi Seichika, an ukiyoe printmaker of the Meiji era.
