How I Find Painting Ideas Without Overthinking
Do you ever sit down to paint and have no idea what to paint? In this video, I'm sharing one of my favorite ways to find painting inspiration without overthinking it. I take you along on a few nature walks, show you the photos I've been collecting, and how they inspired three different paintings: a loose green meadow, a landscape, and a small whimsical illustration. I've always loved the idea of painting outdoors, but where I live it's often windy, rainy, cold... or all three at once. So instead, I bring my camera and collect little moments that catch my attention. If you've had a stressful day, consider this a little dose of green therapy. 🌿 Thank you for spending some time painting with me today.
