15 MIN: Build MUSCLE! FULL BODY Kettlebell Workout

BUILDING MUSCLE Kettlebell workout! each movement is for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest. One round has 11 exercises in, once the 11 are done you get 30s rest between each round. 2 rounds to complete for the full 15 minute workout. If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it.
