How to Make Cheddar Chive Scones that Melt in Your Mouth

Sugar 1 T. Baking Powder 1/2 t. Baking Soda 1 t. Salt 1/4 C. Dried Chives (for more chivey goodness, add additional 1 T.). If using fresh chives use 1/3 C. 1 C. Grated Sharp Cheese 12 T. Unsalted Frozen Butter Grated 1 C. Cold Shaken Buttermilk Brush tops with buttermilk and add pinch of sea salt on top before baking. Bake @400 degrees 18-23 minutes.
