This video demonstrates how to create an invoice template for a cancellation fee, using psychotherapists as an example. First, new fee codes for the cancellation fee are entered in the German Fee Schedule for Physicians (GOÄ), e.g., for €60 and €30 (reduced amount). Then, an invoice template is created and linked to these codes. Using the "Cancellation Fee" invoice type, the template can be customized and saved as a sample. This sample can then be used as needed to quickly generate invoices for patients and flexibly adjust amounts. The exact design of the template remains entirely up to the user.
