Add the flour and knead. Transfer the dough to the counter to knead until smooth. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for half an hour. (30 minutes) Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a large baking pan with parchment paper and begin making finger-sized sticks out of the dough. Place them in the pan. Place a drop of jam on the end of each stick, then place 1 almond on top of each drop and press it down. Shape the tip to mimic the fingertip and nail.
