30 Minute No Jumping Jack Special Workout – Fun Cardio at Home – Low Impact
Follow me along in this intense and fun No Jumping Jack Special workout. It consists of low impact variants of the jumping jack exercise. That means there will be no jumping in this workout. It takes about 30 minutes to complete and each cardio exercise is performed for 50 seconds on – 10 seconds off. This workout includes a warming up and cooling down, but also a short water break halfway through the workout.
