i released an album today called “reconnaitre.” this is a song on that album. “reconnaître” means to recognize, to admit, and to acknowledge. literally, to “re-know” or “re-understand.” to come face to face with an idea, a circumstance, a person, with some passage of time and some change in between. the album is all about meeting and re-meeting ourselves again, over and over and over. what a privilege. thank you for listening. reconnaitre is available now on all streaming platforms and bandcamp.
