Spin-off Experiences. Today, Chilean universities not only generate knowledge but also real-world solutions. One of the most powerful ways to achieve this is through spin-offs: companies born from scientific and technological research conducted in classrooms and laboratories. But transitioning from a research project to a real company is not easy. It involves facing challenges related to funding, regulations, intellectual property, and, above all, learning how to be entrepreneurial within academia. How are institutions in our country doing this? What has worked and what hasn't? With this in mind, MetaRed X Chile is organizing this first discussion. What is the objective?
