Thanks to probiotic bacteria, they have a positive effect on our gut health and strengthen the immune system. It's also the simplest and oldest method of preserving vegetables. The fermentation process takes approximately 3 to 7 days at 20 to 25°C (68 to 77°F). After that, the jars should be stored in the refrigerator or a cool cellar.
