Tak Zaczyna się 90% Walk Ulicznych (Odepchnięcie i Chwyt). Jak Przetrwać

Think of a classic "fight" at a disco, outside a store, or at a country party. Where does it all start? That's right – 90% of these fights start with an aggressive push or a grab for the jacket/sweatshirt (so-called "rags"). In this video, together with Master Jarosław (and the mythical Ninja Cat), who is recovering from injury, we show why forcibly grappling with an attacker is the worst possible idea. When adrenaline is pumping and someone is coming at you like a "hambur," most leverage and complex breakaways simply won't work! That's why in Systema Combat, we use the "Sliding" principle and controlling the so-called "full-on" points. What will you learn in this (slightly longer, but meaty!) episode: 👉 How can you weaken your opponent's stance with a single movement and a hand lock? 👉 What to do when someone has you "locked in" and is holding you with both hands – step by step from a softening strike to a takedown. 👉 Why you need to "give room to fall" when twisting your arm (watch your spine!). 👉 What can we learn about combat tactics... from fighter pilots (and the sun!). And of course – memories of my late Grandma's medicine (for anything that stings!). 😉 If you have your own, proven techniques for responding to such holds, derived from things like Aikido, Krav Maga, or Jiu-Jitsu – let me know! The channel is also a place to share experiences. 👇 Have you ever been in a "rag tug"? How did it turn out?
