Because the decision to undergo the procedure must be made consciously and with sound knowledge. If you're eating poorly and are frustrated with your figure as a result, you should examine the mistakes you made before the procedure. Because there's little point in undergoing surgery without making lasting lifestyle changes. Exercise is important, but it's not the key to losing weight. Exercise makes you young, fresh, confident, and strong, but it can't counteract the effects of a poor diet. Body fat buildup is caused, among other things, by too many carbohydrates. Prof. Dr. Sinis explains exactly how this works in the video. By increasing protein and decreasing carbohydrates, we have a good way to feel full quickly while consuming fewer calories. This is also part of the diet plan that every patient receives after liposuction at the SINIS CLINIC and which should be followed for six weeks. In the long term, however, it's not ideal to rely primarily on protein, for example, in the form of meat. And not just from an ecological perspective. "Your Plastic Surgery Coach" explains the negative consequences a protein-based diet has on the body and why it can even shorten lifespan. If you've lost weight after 6-12 weeks of a low-carb, high-protein diet, you should adjust your diet again. The rule is: less protein and more beneficial carbohydrates, such as those found in legumes. Anyone who wants to eat healthily in the long term should pay attention to this balanced ratio of protein and carbohydrates. In recent decades, the fats we consume through food have often been portrayed in a particularly negative light. This view is now outdated. Consuming fat doesn't automatically make you fat. It's the fatty acids themselves that count. Avocados, nuts, olive oil, and other vegetable oils are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which can keep the body healthy. By incorporating these fats into your diet, you're doing your body a favor. In addition to macronutrients, the timing of your meals is also important. This can effectively influence insulin levels. You should orient yourself to your natural circadian rhythm. A little hunger is always good. When insulin levels drop, the body has a chance to burn fat.
