Ingredients to make Nucchina Unde Makes 20 to 25 dumplings 1 cup toor dal 1 cup Bengal gram 1 cup split green gram 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp peppercorns 1 tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp asafoetida 1 cup grated fresh coconut 7 to 8 green chillies 25 to 30 curry leaves A bunch of coriander leaves Water, as required Salt, to taste Please refer to the video for the method.
