2 Short Line Railroads In Ohio. Train Goes Up The Hill, Then A Train With 3 Locomotives On Cincinnati Eastern Railroad & Finally We See An Indiana & Ohio Railway Train With 3 Locomotives In Wilmington, Ohio Where I Was Born ( or hatched ). Heavy Trains On Small Railroads, Which Railroad Is Your Favorite? 2 Days on the CCET. First we see a loaded rock train on the hill in Williamsburg, Ohio, USA. The Norfolk & Western Railway locomotive and the ex Southern Railroad switcher locomotive are working together to take a train up the hill. After the train passes, I show a closeup of the track and you can see how steep and curvy the line is. Then the next day we see 3 locomotives on the CCET with a train headed to the quarry. I got the train in Mount Orab, Ohio along with several other photographers. We chased the train to Sardinia and see it going over a railroad bridge and crossing a railroad crossing. The railroad crossing is on a long sweeping curve just west of Sardinia and 5 miles from Mt Orab. The next train is an Indiana & Ohio Railway mixed freight in Wilmington, Ohio. I was actually born in Wilmington back in prehistoric times. The train is seen running southbound with 3 big locomotives. They aren't wasting any time. This train usually runs at night so I was lucky to catch this. Rock trains and a short local run in daylight on this line. Which train is your favourite?
