Just 40km away from the Kathmandu Ringroad lies a hidden spot: Lakhinshowari Jharana in the Shivapuri region. The road to get there is rough and completely dirt off-road, making for a proper adventure ride before you even see the water. Like one of the Google Maps reviews perfectly sums it up, visiting this place is all about "the journey vs the destination." The bumpy trail definitely tests you, but once you arrive and see the massive vertical waterfall hidden in the green hills, it is 100% worth the journey.
